Depend What r u looking for... I would go for subsale condo that is well maintained in more central location like bangsar , pj, mk etc. But I quite like Verdi just that a bit far for me.

i am not a guru or expert or big taikor... just small timer. CJ is not that convenient for me as my extended family / friends are around KL / PJ side, don't think i got time to manage a CJ property, and for own stay it's rather far from the rest of my family / friends too. but Verdi is nice la. i quite like it. the other condo that i was rather taken in (with greenery, forest concept) was that sime darby project near melawati (forget name already)

Symphony hill is a nice development, I share the same sentiment and Verdi with seksan as the landscape architect will have a wow factor. But Cyber is a tad far from the usual hotspot. Sime darby Veo I think u referred to..

Tower 2 still got many unsold units even though it was launched 9 months ago!

I guess the 10% rebate is nt attractive enough in this soft market?

Overall how many % sold? Bigger units above price range for mass market?

Anyway, the landscape and facilities will be one of the best around.

I think Cyber have yet to realize it's full potential. People are not moving there YET and therefore kinda soft

Cyberjaya's prop very competitive with so many props launches, so maybe now supply > demand, leading to many unsold units.

Hopefully developer can give more rebates & freebies to push sales?

Well generally is soft but each project got diff responses. There's a project in puncak alam sold out in 2 months. 800 units. The Grid by MRCB is doing quite well. Pricing plays an important role. If developer insist to maximise their profits, then be prepared for many unsold units. biggrin.gif

Roppongi (hope i spell that right rclxub.gif ) will be the new kid on the block. Well UEM giving many freebies for this 2 month. 9 cars up for grab (A250, C200 and Honda Jazz if not mistaken) as well as free 40 HRV for each purchaser of their Schubert (landed prop)

Maybe Myvi or Axia is more feasible.

End of the day, they are a listed company and need to justify to their shareholders

Yeah bro, if no free cars then sales slow then how to justify to shareholders? Based on the buyers' reaction to their Tower 2, definitely they must give more freebies than just 10% rebate.

Myvi/Axia too cheap la, that is why I proposed Vios/City or maybe Almera if they can give HRV to the landed prop buyers. biggrin.gif
