yes.. got 1 bd unit and it contribute 40% of the total units.
1 bd - 700sq
2 bd - 958sq
3+1 bd - 1389/1442sq

high floor 1br i checked somewhere last year was around 570k before discount... not sure about latest price..

Depend What r u looking for... I would go for subsale condo that is well maintained in more central location like bangsar , pj, mk etc. But I quite like Verdi just that a bit far for me.

How high is 1b at 570k b4 discount? Highest floor? 2b how much and 3+1b how much if middle floor
