Nowadays all higher end condo charge more than 30 cents.. if this is the concern... can always choose cheaper maintenance condo smile.gif

but the problem is rich man style, if current management keeping good maintenance and dont give any prob, they dont mind paying more... so its difficult to change management if they r doing well.. just pity for the poor...

if you pay peanut, you'll get monkey, if verdi r not well maintain, i think it will become jungle.. coz its 6 acres for landscape?

Yes,check those mont kiara oldies like pines,palma and pelangi, close to 20 years and maintenance looks much more better than a lot new condos

0.30 psft is decent for luxury or very low density condo...SH owners maintenance rm700-1000 per month yo...dun belip ask noblebaby kor...

Got, admin did do their job. THere's a thread Cyberjaya-Next Wave something has been moved out of Property Trail and admin has issued a soft warning.

Anyway, back to high maintenance projects. I have seen projects maintenance at 21 cents/sqft (no club house facilitites but with gym, games room and pool + security) and JMB is working hard to keep the cost down but it's do-able. Landscape greenary about 1 acre and 300+ units for whole development.
So for Verdi at 31cents it's not too high actually. Good things not cheap and cheap things not good.
But it's a fixed montly commitment so do need consideration.

I believe only.genuine buyers will touch this...either to stay or keep as part of collection for the rich...

Any savvy flipper or investor would know bad deal for investment...

Cheapes unit is overprice by at least 80-100k...if compare with other launch...
