This building is still under construction la... Elevator haven operate yet brother. You are in construction site, not shopping mall le... What you expected? Car park light is always ON 24hours. Don't argue with me on this, because I almost everyday see this building. For the location is too far away from KL? You are joking? Cheras area is 1 of the nearest to KL. Unless you stay next to KLCC la...

QUOTE(kochin @ Feb 17 2017, 12:22 PM)
fully concurred.
thought it looks okay.

visual wise, it's so easy to just play with the colours until satisfied.
even the sun intensity can be modified up to the renderer.

actual product, obviously cannot achieve 100% lor.

heck even a car magazine showcasing the model may look different from the actual product.
kekeke.

Half agreed and half not...

Agreed can't 100% if referring to the color, lighting, ambient because it is rendered and photographically enhanced, but should be as close as possible to the modeled/visual as it is the only thing we can see. Buyer are paying hundred thousand for it, not something cheap and use days to built.

Disagree on thing like fencing, the side building white color is actually 3D vs now a flat painting, swimming pool side tiles (wood now vs tiles), fence, windows frame which it is totally different.

And I found out that the main wall at guardhouse, the stripe grass/rock wall where the green residence banner is, the rock is also different and really really different. The one now is stick on the wall but the one visual is rock stacking up with metal fencing

In a summary, there is definitely plenty of room for them to improve to live up to their good reputation. Buyers just feel short-changed for what is paid.

Whenever it is I believe this project will spoil the good name of Binastra I heard before. Yes, they deliver the project but what you can see is they try to cut cost on those decorative and material which make this project at least some luxurious feel. Looking at the facade and window frame, pool side drainage, I just can't imagine why they will come out with this. Like others say, not so bad but just not something I will pay for this price.

Binastra Facebook? They are doing quite a lot of publicity for their upcoming Citizen2.

Maybe we need to discuss all this in Green Residence Facebook and tag Binastra Land if we have any enquiry, so there are aware on our concern. What do you all think?

Not sure who is handling the facebook page now, if agent then useless, if developer project team then can do something.

Hi folks,

I am one of your soon-to-be neighbor. I had been following this thread as of late and shares the same sentiment about the facade, swimming pool and finishing. I guess in conclusion, I won't count the chickens until they're hatched. More than so, I wont compare GR with other projects as they may have their own problems as well. blink.gif

Anyway, I purposely took a drive to the surrounding area yesterday morning to witness the Cheras jam from the building to the main road and I noticed that they are widening up the road (into 2 lanes into and out of GR) - which I am very happy (because salesman that time only say they MAY do it; no promises). However, I also notice that there's a building right below GR

Anyone have any idea what is that building all about ? sweat.gif

Hi, i'm also your soon-to-be neighbor! I can see Binastra effort to widen the road, also wish to see the end product by end of April (the VP time mentioned by Binastra), i think it is a bit early to judge. Should wait till the moment we get the key then only comment. I actually managed to go into one of the units to view last week, the guard tried to block me, lol... Anyway, I can say the finishing is okay, i captured a few photos as well. I'm not sure whether it is okay to share here...

Anyhow let's look forward the VP date.

Yes, too early to judge everything, but something which already done and obviously won't change even when VP. Good job for the road widening. But the few row building down there I heard is something temporary housing for MRT workers. Not sure how true it is. For the facade, there are doing some modification now. Hope at least will feel satisfied when VP.
