Hi folks,

I am one of your soon-to-be neighbor. I had been following this thread as of late and shares the same sentiment about the facade, swimming pool and finishing. I guess in conclusion, I won't count the chickens until they're hatched. More than so, I wont compare GR with other projects as they may have their own problems as well.

Anyway, I purposely took a drive to the surrounding area yesterday morning to witness the Cheras jam from the building to the main road and I noticed that they are widening up the road (into 2 lanes into and out of GR) - which I am very happy (because salesman that time only say they MAY do it; no promises). However, I also notice that there's a building right below GR



Anyone have any idea what is that building all about ?

Now I start to worry about the finishing as well as all the stuff they had given to us inside the unit...

Folks, photos are nice. Thanks for that.

But please don't speculate or spread negativity based on that ? I bet the last thing owners here wants is being told they spent 700k to 900k for a screwed up condo.

It's a bit worrying to disclose contact numbers and unit numbers in public forums
