that is artist impression VS the real fact
*
do you mean that artist impression graphic are allowed to trick people to buy with their graphic and the real should turn out far different (worse)?
do you mean that those showed is too hard to be achieve in reality in this modern days and it should not turned out not the same?
do you agreed buy something you paid 100% and get 70% out of it?
do you think the developer has fulfilled for they've promised, messages and images they conveyed?

An artist's impression or artist's interpretation is the representation of an object or a scene created by an artist, when no other accurate representation is available. It could be an image, a sound, a video or a model.
if you still possess a copy of the catalogue, please go through. usually they will carry a disclaimer in super small fine print.

while they have been deviation from visuals corresponding to actual product, personally felt that it was not grossly misrepresented.

they have been far worse scenario (remember setapak green?) and of course there are also better scenarios.

best case is probably gang up through the resident association later among owners to get something out of the developer for a win win situation lor.

cheers!

dear all, this is what you should get but turn out different,
- a slight alleviated pool stone at sides (now we have plastic cover with flat surface)
- main banner looks classy (now we get ugly banner)
- dark window frame (now we get white frame)
- decorative stone stacked up along the wall
*
Totally agree with u. Add in
-painting of the facade,
-flat white painting line instead of slight elevated wall on the side building,
-ugly uncovered beam and concrete slope (not sure will be fixed or not),
-change the brand of kitchen oven/hood w/o notice.
-someone mention about lack of light beam at the pool deck as well
-etc...

Hi, I try to check from the Green Residence scale model. I think the build up is more similar with the scale model compare to the animation video or the visual they provided. Please have a look.

The Site Progress Color Skin:
[attachmentid=8489731]
[attachmentid=8489732]

The Scale Model Color Skin:
[attachmentid=8489734]
[attachmentid=8489735]
[attachmentid=8489736]
[attachmentid=8489737]
[attachmentid=8489738]

The 3D Visual / Video:
[attachmentid=8489766]

The Swimming Pool Side Progress:
[attachmentid=8489769]

The Swimming Pool Scale Model:
[attachmentid=8489770]
[attachmentid=8489771]

From this comparison, I think they follow the Scale Model more then the Visual/Video design. Maybe the Visual and Video is the first draw design before they confirm the final design and build on the Scale Model. What do you think?
*
I think for the video always have **Artist Impression only**

I also wont expect too much...What you see at the scale model is what we get now.

If not following the video then why make video? To mislead customer? Somemore the video is not those blur and low pixel type. This type of video actually simulate the actual product. They are not really following the scale model as well. Facade, painting, landscape, window frame, kitchen hood/oven..

The window frame and glass material plus frame at balcony looks really cheap! The sales agent at gallery did mention all frame material as shown in showroom. End up all white..! OMG... Black aluminium will be nicer and luxury...

Let's check it on our S&P material specs. If really stated on what material, they should not change it at all. But when i purchase it from DF agency, i expected those agents will tipu here and there a bit.... as long is not down grade my house quality...What else i can say? Agreement also signed, what else we can do? Anyone can advise or those agent got write down B&W that we can fight it back what we should have.

Yes, not in B&W, as don't think developer will lie on this, the SA actually mention specifically the developer provide good quality window frame as in sales gallery. If really want to make everything B&W then the developer also no use d...no more reputation. Hey, only window frame...why want to make this change..I really willing to pay more for the exact colour n quality window frame as in showroom.
