Anyone has the update on the stupid fence they changing?

Hi, I try to check from the Green Residence scale model. I think the build up is more similar with the scale model compare to the animation video or the visual they provided. Please have a look.

From this comparison, I think they follow the Scale Model more then the Visual/Video design. Maybe the Visual and Video is the first draw design before they confirm the final design and build on the Scale Model. What do you think?

The more i see the progress picture the more disappointed I'm. Everything looks worse than how it was modeled, pictured, video. Such a sad case. What actually happen to Binastra? Different contractor?

Now we got cheap swimming pool in and out (sides) design is wat we have now...I wish it was built same as i was shown in video, with random blue tones mini-tiles pool floor instead of single color pool with awful oval design? I wonder how much can they improve over this 2 months and I really wish something will be done within this 2 months, but I think its abit too late to change those bads (pool floor, pool sides, facade color, windows frame).
Looking at CloudTree, Seriously I wish I bought there. It looks great and that is what i wanted. Looks grand and luxury.

Yes, more to scale model, but the painting is different as well. Now, if you look from far, is like one white line, one dark grey line, looks ugly. At least if you follow the model there are like random white and grey colour. The best result painting is the one in video, I think they feel too plain for the original paint, now try to mix two together, in the end, sad case. The one in video is nice they contrast out the U shape frame and feel grand together with grey background.

When buyers resort to comparing this level of details between actual and pictures/models etc, it is rather sad.

I did follow this project from day 1. The way the whole thing was marketed and the people I met, never had a good feel.
Anyway, hope it works out reasonably well for buyers. Look on the positives. At least it will complete.

Actually I have the same feeling too, feel like the project is not well planned but my wife like it. Just saw on Facebook they said VP on April, think not much thing can be change for only 2 months left. Window frame, fencing, pool side, facade and painting, lets see what else come out next.

Actually I agree with you. Visual is just for illustration purpose. Visual is just for the product imagination. The real product can't be 100% same as visual. If for those that haven see before the visual, then you will think this actual product not that bad. Is because we compare too much with the visual, so our expectation is different and feel disappointed. But I agree, not too bad for the actual. Just hope the build in, is well done and when get VP, every things looks good. finger cross.
