I would say is a nice location for ppl like me planning for own stay, peaceful and greenery environment but nt too deep like sg long, the only con i can say is the bad traffic at the highway.. i really hope the mrt at least help some..

Subsale wise i think after 5 or 10 years i think the capital appreciation at this area will be good.. mrt/ suke highway/ ekocheras/ youcity/ leisure mall.. and also there are huge pieces of lands in this circle for future development..

Green residence is more for own stay.in fact most buyers are own stayers 596 units in 10 acre land is not high density n in fact luxurioous of space.surprise forumer said high density.acess road should be improve n i fully agree.this property was never marketed as a mrt property.in fact them supplying 2 vans to mrt means not walking distance. Facility is good compared with condos nearby with huge swimming pool indoor badminton court n small water park n full basketball court.compared surrounding condo way better facilities.acess highway is good with almostfurnished like water heater, kitchen cabinet with hib n hood, ovenwarddrobe n air cond is great value

I notice they are starting to do the access road outside. .notice a lot of construction activity to make it 2 lanes. Such a tight area not sure how they going to do this.it does seem like they are building a small flyover near the traffic lights.anyone have any details

I think they hv yet to completely finish landscape maybe too early to comment. If we look at cybersquare which was completed, quite decent landscaping but guardhouse looks small

Frankly i find the facade colour is nice.different than other condo.we cannot just color dark colour on its own.it can look bad just like icon city in federal highway.total dark chocolate cant really see the facade at all

It looks like a school thanrefuge camp.btw i never receive any letter on deposit and still went there to pay.already 30 days late.was told vacant possesion is on end april 17.

They have not completed but notice so many commenting no good.went into facebook for feb progress n it is starting to look noce with lots of greenary.we shld wait for completion n asses

If you look at attached photo, the right n left of the swimming pool is tile n the top oand bottom of the pool could be plastic or steel cover

I rather reserve all my comments after i see the place. While there are areas they miss the mark by looking at the photos there are area which is good including widening the outside road by 4 lane with 2 lane in and 2 lane out which clears the bottleneck.i will give my view after i receive keys to view the place.tried sneaking in like a contracter last week but was stopped by the guard.LOL
