really hope binastra will keep the promise given to buyers. And also the landscape grass planting on the concrete part doesn't seem to be done. think they plan to cover with some trees only.

Omg this is so much different with the model shown. Can they do this without telling us?

Think they need to keep their promise..or else all buyers can file official complaint to developer after VP..

I call the office that day, but people there seems know nothing about what happening in GR. In the end, I didn't get any answer, just ask me to write and email to the project team. Really feel disappointed. The ugly concrete slope, the fencing, the window frame, and also the painting of the facade. By just observing from outside already so many issue, really worry about the interior.

Like you say, if they dont fulfill their promise, we could file an official complaint letter after VP. Just hope they know what they are doing.

I realise the swimming pool is different from the visual. It suppose to be raise up swimming pool and now it looks flat / same level with the floor and from black color marble change to blue mosaic at the edge of the swimming pool. Anyone notice this?

the building colour darker is better

dont know what happen to the project team, can't make a good finishing. I was so happy previously seeing GR was in good progress, everything seems follow the model and plan. But now, when come to the end, all comes with a little different, which make huge different for the end product.
The problem is the fine finishing, they choose differ material and make it looks cheap.

From my research and understanding from other Architect firm, Binastra Land is a class A construction company previously and it have a very good record and reputation. I really hope it won't disappoint us and I still put high hope on Binastra Land. Really hope everything turn out great and meet the expectation.

Yes, I heard a lot of good review from ferns in construction field as well..but what happening now seems Binastra can't be a good developer. Previously, I was comparing GR to cloudtree, I choose GR in the end. Now, seeing cloudtree almost complete with good finishing and GR in this state, really feel sad and hope Binastra won't let all the buyers down. Congrats to cloudtree buyers anyway.

Same with me, previously I am looking at Cloud Tree and Green Residence too. From the update of Could Tree, it really look impressive. The greenery can easily win Green Residence. Sorry to say that. Honestly the advantage of Could Tree is the very well plan layout, cheaper price, and more like hotel feel. I'm happy for Could Tree owners.

The only Green Residence win Could Tree is the location and the developer background. But now looks like a bit sour compare the progress for this 2 property now. Just some normal plants and trees, this is call Green Residence? I expected it looks like Jungle or more greens then other normal property. Previously all the Binastra project looks great. Maybe not this round. 2 more months to go!

What happen here? 2 different facade?

Cloudtree really impressive by Zalam

Yah! You can see the guard house looks more grand compare to GR. All carpark area and plain wall is cover by creeper. You can see there is structure for creeper for future grow. The Cloud Tree Logo looks huge and light out from inside. It really looks like a dream house for everyone. Now make me think back, what so impressive about Green Residence??? Is GR a good buy? Don't forget, GR is more expensive then Could Tree!

The reason I buy GR..location, landscape, at least some space on ground beside the building, facade looks not bad, and also the developer. I saw Cybersquare, quite a good job done. I even plan to buy Citizen previously. But now, though I don't want to say that but I wish what I have bought is cloudtree. Really disappointed with Binastra, I called the office and even email but no one seems responsible to answer queries from buyers. They don't even know what is happening there. What we can do is, sit down and wait for VP. Then let's see what we can fight for after that.

The more i see the progress picture the more disappointed I'm. Everything looks worse than how it was modeled, pictured, video. Such a sad case. What actually happen to Binastra? Different contractor?

Now we got cheap swimming pool in and out (sides) design is wat we have now...I wish it was built same as i was shown in video, with random blue tones mini-tiles pool floor instead of single color pool with awful oval design? I wonder how much can they improve over this 2 months and I really wish something will be done within this 2 months, but I think its abit too late to change those bads (pool floor, pool sides, facade color, windows frame).


Looking at CloudTree, Seriously I wish I bought there. It looks great and that is what i wanted. Looks grand and luxury.

It looks like no designer at all. Those colour and material choosing seems like work done by those indon n Bangla workers. Really such a big joke. Is that anything we can do besides just complaining here?
