depend on what ur budget, green terrain cheaper, subsales, only RM420psf. but need to fork out 20%, which is around RM100,000. green residence more expensive, new launch RM560 psf, of cz green residence more luxury.

in term of quality of workmanship I think no difference cz same developer and same timing. In term of location, no difference at all.

if u urgent to move in, buy sub sales lo. if u short of cash, buy green residence lo.

why dun go for D'maxim further down a bit, behind phonix complex. RM450-500 psf. left limited unit. if MRT is not ur choices, u got a lot of other option at this area too

According to source, Green Terrain was abandoned. Taken over by Binastra to complete the development. And the entrance is too narrow.. a sign of compact development..small land.

Green residence is on 10 acre of land .. the entrance up from guard hse to the 3 blocks is wide and grand .

Cannot compare the both lor.. depends on budget I would say

For those bigger units (1400 Sq feet above), the so-called discount should be 18% (last I know).

Block A and B = sold out/almost sold out. Block C should still have a number of units as the size is bigger so more expensive.

If you mean whether it is deep-in from the main road, then the answer is 'No' as it is quite near. I take that you know where Cheras 9 miles is at. The location is quite near to KL, PJ, Midvalley etc, just that there are Jam at certain time.
