just came across this project.

how long has it been launch? from the comments above it seems the sales not good. is it location issue or the new regulation issues?

I tot no more dibs or any sort of incentive? but still provide 15% discount?

SA told me last sat 15/3 was the official launch and dev will widen the road and no more traffic lights out the highway.. smile.gif

official launch = sales gallery open

pre launch = sale gallery in construction

in fact. this project pre-launch in last year DEC, price, floor plan, all the detail available, booking RM15k , 15% discount all have in Dec 13.

I am considering to get one unit at block B but is actually for investment or for flip purpose once completed. Any idea whether is worth do?

Ecovest is too dense up and commercial land! No doubt credits is near MRT, KL, leisure mall..
But i find green residence is quite near sentral mall..

Yes but I don't think Sentral mall can be a factor of getting property near it. Just feel that even renovated Sentral mall can't perform well just like the precious phoenix. Well guess Youcity mall would be more attractive.

smile.gif Sentral mall need to put in lotsa eateries tenant. i only see jaya grocer, uniqlo, starbucks open at the moment. there is a plot of land next to sentral mall, any idea what's up with it? i know behind sentral mall is having lotsa dev to build shoplots..

Fair inputs but actually the location of this property is not bad since it is near to connaught which is very established place

Not sure about how well the sentral could run in future

Same time I went to see green terrain today and there are a few units for sale, the price is as high as 600k for 1300++ sqft.

So really not sure green residence is really worth for investment or perhaps better to hold it for future stay

Btw where youcity mall? I know youcity location and its quite near green residence which they are near to each other.

Near but next to each others. Accross the big highway.
Mrt near by next to youcity instead of Green residence.
If you know where the green terrain then roughly know the location of Green residence. Watch out the traffic infront of the access when free.

Ya true the traffic infront of the access at the traffic light could be the bottleneck.

have to pay RM1 toll to get to youcity mrt, so cheras sentral mrt would be better choise and its just 1km away from green residence

Block A is fully sold out and blockB left several units, block C still have plenty since its just launched 2 weeks back.

Anyway, I have placed booking for a unit in block B!!! Wish me luck!

No one wil ever know if it's sticker game. Developer is da one playing games to attract more customers. So customer just be smart n do ur homework before commit a prop.
Nways all prop wil stil sold out eventually.
