Thanks for explain. I'm currently thinking is it worth to grab green residence since it has 15+3% discount , but one more thing that need to be considerate is the maintenance fees.

jz went to the green residence booth at leisure mall yesterday. 15+3% is only for bigger size unit, those 1400sq ft and above. for small unit is only 15%.
down payment RM15,000. rm1,000 will be forfeited if surrender unit.

is the forest reserve land within the GR master plan compound? ...huge piece of forest need to maintain.. who pay?
the reflective pond surround the residential building and the little pools...ada macam MK seni... but seni got 2 big cold and warm swimming pools.
