Now I am very concerned. I really expect Green Residence to be a luxurious condo when I made my purchase. If not I am not wiling to pay for the price at all. What can we do now as owner? The public outside must be laughing at Green Residence's purchasers if it doesn't turn out to be what was illustrated.

Why the supposed dark window frame end up becoming white????

I rather reserve all my comments after i see the place. While there are areas they miss the mark by looking at the photos there are area which is good including widening the outside road by 4 lane with 2 lane in and 2 lane out which clears the bottleneck.i will give my view after i receive keys to view the place.tried sneaking in like a contracter last week but was stopped by the guard.LOL

I was thinking like u previously when i saw they really widen the bottleneck. But, if u observe how they actually work u will be disappointed. For example, they are modifying the facade right now, but if u observe closely the additional part all in opposite direction to what was planned in block b.

So for any investors who bought for rental market is in trouble? Hmmm...bound to have many of them anyway...

What about sub-sale market? Not too good too I presume.

To stay, I do think it is not a bad place. Facilities are quite good.

Yes. Think it will be a good place to stay. Not for rental play just becoz currently batu 9 rental still very low. I buy GR for own stay and also believe that after 10 yrs batu 9 will be developed and matured area. Hopefully by that time will show GR is a good long term investment. Binastra can actually do well in GR but the currently progress and what they hv now abit disappointing.

Are you sure? When u get this info? If really VP so soon mean they won't do anything for the ugly concrete pillar..

Last week i saw them building drains at the side of the pillar.so far i have not seen them looking at the middle of the pillar.we should write to them to do so.
