Now I am very concerned. I really expect Green Residence to be a luxurious condo when I made my purchase. If not I am not wiling to pay for the price at all. What can we do now as owner? The public outside must be laughing at Green Residence's purchasers if it doesn't turn out to be what was illustrated.

Why the supposed dark window frame end up becoming white????

I was told by agent that there will be inverter air-con, water heater, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, main door grille, shuttle bus service to MRT, free fibre optic connection for 2 years provided in this condo. When I checked to my S&P, none of these are stated in S&P. I feel so cheated buying this property!

The ugly main door will just turn the condo into low cost apartment.

Binastra is a disappointment. Everything is a misrepresentation from the start. They must have purchased the awards they got for Green Residence. Contractor turned developer is a failure. Never trust these contractors turned developers anymore.

what can we do against these kind of developer? are we going to let Binastra trample on Green Residence buyers like this?

are you binastra staff? seems like you are their supporter. binastra leech off of their buyers, charges exorbitant fees. i really regret.
