Is impossible to get everything B&W..just like the furniture..do they state clearly wat they will give? How large? Wat quality? All this depend on the sincerity of the developer n trust of the buyer, if u don't trust the developer u won't buy the house. Here we are now..

You got the point. But since we are in the great dilemma now, what can we do to make sure we get what we promised previously without B&W & but just a verbal commitment confused.gif bangwall.gif

I think the best way will be gather all the buyers and meet with developer. I can see Binastra actually trying to do his work but don't know why things go different.

Maybe a lot dont realise. We did sign a form whereby freebies does not come under snp timeline but add six months from completion date. In there they did specify what is given.the only issue is i didnt take a copy during snp.did anyone made copy of that

Unfortunately at the moment it's only available for Android users. Will update when it's available on App Store.
