eh..i got mine right away one ..sent email then few secs later my phone notified me about new email

how come mine not like dat eh ? is it because of network ? im on H network. tried sending 2 emel. my gmail in browser is detecting the new email but not at my device

yeap same here, sent an email from gmail to my live account. got it right away

the gmail is the receiver not the sender since i rely heavily on gmail as my main email account.

..well, i sent from yahoo mail to gmail, not a problem..few secs got it d

from my live mail to gmail, straight away got no problem

And my line switching around, E>H>E>H but still i got the email few secs after i sent it

only when opening the gmail app i can see the new emails.

Try clear data at settings/apps /gmail
Relog in again

remove your google account from the device, and add it back again. are you using any other tweaks?

Just a question, u mean u got the emails but no notification?

and when you open the gmail, the mails is 'read' or 'unread'?

yup. no email new notification at the bar top. only when open i can see those new email

Open Gmail, go to setting and then click your account, the Notification box is ticked?

yeah seems like it working. i have just clear the data then try run gmail & now im receiving it. will do some further testing. huhu

im using CM 10.1 M1 build....its better than AOKP MR build really
more stable and less buggy.... but lesser option / customisation compared to AOKP
i miss the google now ring to lock the phone... but its too buggy for my liking
oh, cm10 is more gentle on the batt too:D
