Got my Nexus 4 about 3 hours ago. Immediately rooted it and install TWRP recovery
Everything seems working well so far - 3G, Wifi, calls etc
Phone is snappy and responsive
Display is average only - slightly better than Nexus 7
Only very negative aspect is the extremely unbelievable slow copying of files over from PC to it. I was trying to copy my 2 GB Titanium Backup folder over - I gave up after 15 mins and it is not even 20% copied. Eventually I use the app wifi file explorer and the folder transferred over in under 2 minutes. I have just completed transferring over all my Note 2 stuffs over thro wifi file explorer ( i zip up all the data) and the whole process just took me 15 minutes ( about 8 GB data in all )

Battery drain in 4.2.1 is terribly horrible. Unbelievable n is very much worse than even galaxy nexus
Well wait for another 2-3 charges to assess better
Only 3 hours plus using it
Upgraded immediately to 4.2.1 when prompted
Just installed Franco 34 kernel n hopefully will improve
3g browsing unbelievable at 30-35% per hour drain

My first phone idle battery stats. 1% drop over 6 hours with 3g on , wifi off n background Facebook notification n email updates Am on aokp mr1 rom with Franco r34 kernel Will monitor full day usage today

Battery life is better assess after 2-3 full charges
First day is always the worst. Use it as control to assess improvement in subsequent days
