there's a "waiting list" and flooding by lots of "friends' friend" in kuching... probably if u walk in to digi centre have to wait until 1 month later then got stock...

Went to DiGi centre with my iphone 5s ,box and its contents this morning

After rectifying the issue, they told me i'm eligible for 1:1 exchange on the spot with a new device.

Then they asked for my warranty card which is suppose to be attached to the clearwrap on the box of the 5S .

I remembered clearly the guy from the digi outlet i bought from unboxed it for me and never gave me the white sticker on the 5s box.

He told me to wait till Monday, as they will contact digi HQ to check.


I don't understand why there's so much trouble when the IMEI is clearly written in their system upon purchase ( I saw them do the procedure ) .

Date of purchase, serial no matches what I have.

Disappointed really. But i'll wait till monday to hopefully receive some good news, else i'll be stuck with a faulty device with no warranty.

guys..anyone have this problem?

im using iphone5 on idigi88, i have been having this problem since day 1, is that my 3g signal gets dropped every now and then and i have to restart my phone to get back the 3g signal, the signal will still be there and i can only use to call and cannot use internet.

i then searched the apple forums and some suggested to change the network settings to manual and then manually search for digi.

it worked for 1-2 days, till it says it cannot search for the network. i will have to restart my phone to get it working again. anyone can share some info on this? really troublesome to restart the phone so often.
