Anyone know when will LTE be available for iPhone 5 / iPhone 5s? Maxis already support LTE for so long.... but Digi.... and my contract still got 1years sad wanna port also cant...

Could someone kindly upload a picture of their warranty card for me? ( u can blur out the details ) , I have no idea how it looks like, and without it i cannot claim warranty at digi for my faulty 5S.

DiGi centres are horrible in Miri, straight on tell "No Card, No warranty" .

Thing is, I asked them, they said 5S/5C Warranty card is a small piece of paper instead of a full-sized card like the 4S/5 ( Black with iDigi logo)

So i am guessing thats the piece of paper that Digi is talking about.

I was not given that card, as the fella unboxed it in front of me.

Now he keeps claiming he gave it to me.

receipt for prove. And IF they still dont admit is their fault. send in a official letter to Apple Store and let them deal with it. Since your warranty details are on the website. And btw it's your fault as well cos you didnt check/ask when you get the phone from them. and yes usually warranty card is needed cos they scare is a stolen phone

I did request for the black iDiGi warranty card, but they told me 5S no such thing anymore. I just went with it so as to not keep those behind me waiting.

Will visit them tonight and bring my receipt.

edit : Stolen phone? They even requested for my IC and driving license... Yet just because of 1 measely paper i'm voided of warranty.

Digi the smartest choice anyway good luck tonight. If still cant try calling Apple Care line for some advise. They might be able to give you some advise

i don't see any reason to buy iPhone 5s with the current iDigi plan...it is just plain ridiculous, the data got iDigi 88 was just 1gb compared to the plan i subscribed last year which is 2gb data. What happened to digi never move forward but only move backward???

Was told to wait a few days again as they contact apple regarding the matter.

Yes. it covers. all original iphone cable is one year warranty.

with contract, gonna sign another one with maxis but Maxis really waited so long already ..3 weeks

They got a system which can check whether your IMEI is registered under them or not. If the digi centre refuse to help you means that they purposely want to trouble you No more card for 5S only that piece of paper stick to your phone box. Your phone box right now don't have the "glass paper" anymore?
