bro, u can change the fig with a fig thats the staff had..usually the fig is at their staff tag name..it could be any minifig..dont expect too much

I have one de-boxed set to let go.

Comes with box (flattened), but the box is a little bit crumpled.

Edit: to be accurate, bottom part of the box is crumpled because it was folded.
