Used to collect those old school Castle lines too but not anymore coz I'm only into medieval, non-Fantasy stuff.

Haha I actually have NEVER taken any photos of my collection to share with anyone all these years. Not here, not anywhere. No real reason to it, to be honest. I mean...they make and keep me happy everyday after a long day at work so I guess that's more than enough for me. Haha.

Haha I don't think wanting to keep certain aspects of my life personal to myself is a bad thing. So I don't believe in changing how I do things just because others think it's better. It may very well not be for me, after all. Food for thought, no offense though.

Nothing really special about how I display them, to be honest. I just partition them accordingly in an empty room from one end to another. Starting with the Winter sets from the left to the farm+airport sets to the main part of the city and lastly to the harbor/beach/coastal guard areas at the other end. The modulars are centered at the heart with the bigger sets like police, fire, service and train stations as well as garages around them to form the central area. Three separate train tracks run from one end to the other as well. Pretty standard layout. Similar to how a lot of guys do it on Eurobricks.

Err...kinda doubt it. It's more of a troll listing, if you ask me. That fig can still be gotten at a much better price elsewhere so I doubt anyone who is in their right mind would actually go purchase from these two sellers haha.

You might want to get the Fire Brigade first. Word has it that 2013 is the last year for the set before it goes EOL.

The RRP is indeed USD150 for the Palace Cinema but if you look around, most places are listing it in the range of USD 180-190 on average so there's hardly any difference when compared to the Town Hall. Might change in the near future, though. Hopefully for the better.

Just send one if you haven't already done so. 3 days is enough of a wait to send a high priority message. If he still doesn't reply, well, better find a different store then.

Do NOT ever make any payment before you receive the invoice. Just move on to a new store if this drags on. Kinda time wasting to wait so long, if you ask me.

No worries. I understand how it feels when the seller turns out to be unresponsive. I've still got some sellers who never bothered to leave me any feedback even after months of purchasing and completing deals with them. And I can see that they've all received and read my priority messages, and yet nothing in reply. But then again, it's probably not worth the trouble to file a complaint and then expect it all to happen smoothly in the shortest amount of time possible so I just ignored them and moved on.

But this only happens very marginally so it's not exactly a major concern. Most of the sellers are generally quite alright.

Well, to be honest they're both roughly equal in value. While it's true that the Passenger Train comes with a motor and some tracks, the Horizon Express is about double the piece count. And yet their US RRP is the same at 130. So a bit of pros and cons each. Not exactly hard to equip both with motors and get additional tracks hence why I consider them on par with each other overall.
