Is the role for project engineer and network design engineer very much different? I applied for the former role but was offered the latter. Very keen on project management thou.

There are many position for "project engineer" DOC engineer are one of them.

I haven’t accept the offer yet as I’m not quite sure the one I’m signing up for (project engineer) is interrelated to the one I’m being offered.

Huawei is always hiring a lot of people. But the number of people not getting converted into permanent Huawei employees is also a lot.

Hi, may I know if I have done 3 times interview and after 3weeks I asked hr and they said they are now holding the process temporarily. Is that mean the job maybe will be close?

It's difficult to tell actually.

I applied for a job opportunity at a tech company in early April this year,
unfortunately they held their recruitment process at that time.
This morning I received a call from them to proceed (it took me few seconds to remember the company, I almost forgot I applied) but too bad I' not open for any new opportunity at the moment.

So, the thing is, they will resume their recruitment process, it's just a matter of time.
However, whether will they remember you after they resume their recruitment process then it's a different story.

No worries, big corp normally takes longer time to process.
