Working in Huawei -- no work life balance, the decreasing trend in employee benefits and even taking leave have to see bosses' face. The China bosses have the right to ask you to shorten your leave days which makes you no choice but to burn your air ticket(s).

Hai guys, just want to ask anyone's opinion. Got a fresh grad job offer from Huawei as Customer Support Engineer (Access Network) under the dept of Enterprise. Anyone of you here work under his dept before ? is it okay ?
