Working in Huawei -- no work life balance, the decreasing trend in employee benefits and even taking leave have to see bosses' face. The China bosses have the right to ask you to shorten your leave days which makes you no choice but to burn your air ticket(s).

Enterprise not many customers in Malaysia yet, be ready to do alot of bidding and change request

May I know if Huawei insurance plan covers dependents (family) as well for all permanent staff?

as far as i know, by default no ... u need to top up urself to cover ur dependents and family.
