R u work with huawei now?
My friend work with huawei said huawei got hire intership.

I just had the interview today..However, the interviewer seems like can't really speak English..And in the end, he interviewed me in Mandarin..Which I find it a bit hard for me because I can't really speak Mandarin..The whole interview was like a chicken talking to a duck..LOL..

it cannot be a coincidence that in technical, director and HR interview, ALL of them ask me to "draw your position within the org chart".

done my 1st interview session yesterday....hmm, just like normal chatting only.. tis coming friday will have HR interview again..hopefully can go through it!

Anyone hav ideas of what's the huawei department in wisma uoa pantai??

I attended my 1st interview (project secretary post) there and hr interview in etiqa, klcc..

The hr gal asked me to wait for about 1-2 weeks to get approval after the interview.

I've been waiting for one week...

I waited for 2 weeks for 2nd interview, then another 2 weeks for the final result

hmmm..after 2nd interview need to wait 2 weeks only know the result..quite long. In my 1st interview, i heard the manager say he need me onboard asap....he say the project has been far from schedule oledi...so he want tis week everything done, then next week come out offer letter...i not sure whether if tis case, the chance will higher ..

Huawei is a multi national company.. No doubt, huawei consist majority are China empolyee so it would bias to Mandarin as their communication. Yes, there are Malay, Indian, western people working in Huawei. It is not necessay to speak in Mandarin or know Chinese, english would be sufficient.
