Latest news is that a shopping complex going to be built and more condos to come in near future.
LBS is really serious to built a new township in BSP.

Unit facing pool will be fine and nice view too. Its just RM3000 Deposit and the rest can pay by 3x installment.

It will be somewhere in front of LBS show gallery. It will definitely attract more people to come over to BSP especially Rimbayu.

Any idea of which direction facing of the block? North/south or east/west? Very close to the skve highway, any recommended unit which less noisy & not facing the highway (affected by the noise echo)?

i hve signed snp, tower 1 is nearest to skve.. if u visited the showroom, 4 units directly facing pool if far from highway..

Ya, I know the tower 1 is 90 degree vertical to skve.. so the far south-east direction is furthest from the highway (far-right intermediate 1004sf or far-right corner 1372sf). And agree that the one facing pool/inner is better as they are facing north-east. If facing outside/back one is facing south-west.

yeah whats the shopping complex? Is it Mydin standard, Giant standard or Tropicana Mall/Paradigm mall standard?

It just mentioned shopping complex, which i hope its something like IOI Mall ,Sunway Pyramid & Setia Mall. LBS will be creating a whole new township of their own.
I think they would love something like Sunway, Puchong & Setia Alam Township.

No one give credit to IOI when they 1st built their 1st project in puchong, same as setia alam... see what happened after 5-10years... bright future for BSP .

What i can say it is a good marketing strategy. But i think lbs need to do more to further convinced purchaser, especially those who are seasoned in d property industry.

i was informed earlier that LBS going to expand the outflow from 2 to 3 lane, is this true?

While i hoping the BSP to growth further in the future, i do hope that it won't be too crowded in terms of traffic by then...

Township that are well developed will always have high traffic... example puchong and sunway. Price will be high and growing. People always go to places with crowd... the more the better...

There will be future plan for it, but currently not. Traffic is still manageable.
