Hi Sherelyn,
Water bill will be control and manage by management hence commercial rate. Electric bill will be consider as residential rate.
Quit rent and assessment will be charged according to normal rate.

RM3000 Deposit is non refundable if no reason is given during withdrawal.

RM1550 will be charged or forfeited if reason is given. Example, Bank loan rejected.

RM1550 = RM1000 (Admin Fee) + RM550 (Lawyer fee for preparing S&P & cancelling it)

Hi Sherelyn,

Quit rent or assessment is controlled and collected by Pejabat Tanah, and also it depends on which area your property is located. Example : Mont Kiara or Bangsar ,quit rent will be more expensive compare to BSP area.

Quit rent will be charged upon management 1st and management will divide the amount accordingly for all the units.

I have made booking for Skypark, currently in the process of applying housing loan. Just get to know from a UOB banker that handling my case that UOB somehow get to know about the 8% rebate and now instead of applying loan with the full amount(before 8% rebate), they have to process it with the amount after 8% rebate. Anyone facing the same issue?
*
I get loan from uob as well.. but they process loan with the full amount after deduct the 10% deposit.. i only paid 2% deposit after deduct the 8% rebate. But compulsary MRTA..

Means u still need to pay 10% deposit to the developer?

If full price is rm rm400k.10%deposit is 40k.my loan process rm360k.the 8% REBATE is 32k (400k*8%).which means ur deposit oni pAY rm8k (40k-32k) not 40k

i was informed by the agent that loan should process with full price before rebate, rm400k instead of rm360k. this is because if loan process with rm360k, u actually are paying for the 8% rebate which is inclusive in the loan amount. u can workout the calculation btw rm400k and rm360k. thats what i am told.

i am going for maybank which process with full amount rm400k.

As i borrow 90% loan .. not 100% loan.refer to my calculation earlier. U can c the 8% rebate ald minus out from the 10% deposit.which mean instead of pay 40k for the deposit .. i oni need to pay 8k.
