Hi savants

Hi Sherelyn,

Water bill will be control and manage by management hence commercial rate. Electric bill will be consider as residential rate.
Quit rent and assessment will be charged according to normal rate.

RM3000 Deposit is non refundable if no reason is given during withdrawal.

RM1550 will be charged or forfeited if reason is given. Example, Bank loan rejected.

RM1550 = RM1000 (Admin Fee) + RM550 (Lawyer fee for preparing S&P & cancelling it)

Hi Sherelyn,

Quit rent or assessment is controlled and collected by Pejabat Tanah, and also it depends on which area your property is located. Example : Mont Kiara or Bangsar ,quit rent will be more expensive compare to BSP area.

Quit rent will be charged upon management 1st and management will divide the amount accordingly for all the units.
