The two storey shop in BSP is selling for RM1.2m sub-sale, and the rental now is around RM4k. After the highway link to Kajang, Klang, KL, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya etc. The properties here have got up its value a lot. Let's see how will the Skypark turn out eventually. |
