Its 81 years in total. 60 years leasehold? You dont have problem renewing it.
U only need as little as RM 9000 (RM3000 deposit / 3x installment + DIBS) to own a high rise service residence worth 400k.

ya, wat i meant is not renewing it..i believe if u got money u can renew it. but problem comes if that person stay few years and want to sell. subsale for property about 70 years and below will have low chances of approved loan, or < 90% loan.

i think you are one of the agent there. sigh, i dont want say more. im not a spy. just would like to discuss discussion in a forum

yea.. even if i promise, i guess i cant be the 1st one to come over and buy..many other will come..trust me. and by the way, if i really want to vested in bsp, i ardy bought pearl villa. i really really nearly bought pearl villa but in the end i choose another place, though i know bsp will have mydin, mahsa, transportation company(forgot the name). but everyone got their reason n preferred places.

I agreed this is a up and coming township. The two storey shop in BSP is selling for RM1.2m sub-sale, and the rental now is around RM4k. After the highway link to Kajang, Klang, KL, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya etc. The properties here have got up its value a lot. Let's see how will the Skypark turn out eventually.
