Anyone has any idea how much to renew to 99 years? Wanna do that for my Saujana Permai house.

Today I went to Tmn Equine Jusco got booth selling LBS BSP RI & RG , Pearl Villa. But Pearl Villa right now is selling RM330k.

yes with DIBS, until VP.. you need to serve the interest for 3 months, then submit to their HQ in PJ to reimburse.. at first LBS sales agent is very confusing, 1st telling me no need to pay at all, 2nd need to serve for whole 3 years than reimburse once VP.. then i go to HQ, the manager said every 3 months can claim back.. perhaps savants can explain more on this..

Yes, you are right. Buyer pay 1st every month then you can claim back every 3-6 month with bank statement. Actually you can claim every month but its too much work to do it monthly hence every 3 to 6 month.
After VP, buyer will have a period of 6 months to claim all the remaining claim and any claim after that will be void.
Buyer will receive a check around 1 month after the claim has been made.

Sorry, i have no idea on Saujana Permai house.
Yes, LBS is selling Pearl Villa for 330k now...from the previous 250k ... so new project like BSP SKYPARK will have very big potential to make 20-30% profit margin once its ready.
