I havent got any info on the upgrading... i will update you guys any further improvement.  thumbup.gif
I think overall traffic is still fine in BSP. Easy access to highway.
*
Not really. During peak hour traffic in BSP is getting congested. Due to bad road condition (patch hole due to overload by construction lorry, dusty and dirty) our journey to the highway is not as conformable as before. LBS really overlook this or they just don't care! i dont know, they should build a temporary road to the site, not sharing the road with the residence. LBS built the road but then destroy it, whats the point?

We have complained about this, but what lbs do is to resurface d road with a very thin tar which then destroyed by their own lorry within a month. haish..

You guys making money, but leaving all this shits to us.

Well, im sure you can log a formal complaint in their office. LBS will do what they can to help as long as you guys log a formal complaint.
I cant really do much here because Im not LBS staff but i can help by telling some of the LBS staff by word of mouth.
Please do come over to their office. thumbup.gif

Report also no use bro, as i said before, they will just resurface the road and re-destroy the road. Actually we don't need to report one, we are their customers, they should pleased us not shitting on us. Come on, it is a main road, all of us are using it to go to work and come back.

Skypark project will last for years to come, the new skypark will be further up to the main entrance road, so we and the new skypark residence will face the same problem again for years to come and and the cycle continue on and on until LBS left bsp due to no more land to be developed.

Sorry bro i've to disturb your work here, but i think people in this lowyat.net need to know this, because there is no way you and your LBS counterpart will tell this to them. We can accept all the hardship if you were to build a hospital or school, because we'll get the benefits as well in the future. But this project, its all about your company and LBS profit, not beneficial to us.

More and more people moving in. Suppose this is a good sign but toll booth not enough to cover. Often traffic jam coming in during peak hour. Pity those paying by ticket.
As for the road condition. It's not the thin tar they applied. I notice that it's the same spot over and over again. I think it's the foundation that not correct plus constant heavy vehicles. If I am LBS, I will spend as little as possible until inner development is completed before I will do a final resurfacing work. Normally developer won't spend extra unless pressured by authorities. So, complaining to local town council may be useful.

Ya agree ,anyway just like you say, if you dont even try to log report as their customer, what can we do? Its just like a crime happened and not reporting it to the police.
Many things has to be done and report & complaints have to be logged.
You r their customer, please feel free to head over to their office since you are passing it day n night. They r open during weekend too. Im sure they will do something if you log report. It will only take 10-20 minutes of your time.
Dont worry, its my job n privilege to be answering all related Q n A for BSP Skypark.

Yeah, agree with you. Sometimes its the developer or local town council. Its hard to blame either unless house owner or property owner log formal report in order for them to take action.
Please do take the afford and try to make formal report. Thank you.

kinda crazy now outskirt condo also selling 400 per sft, a lot of good subsale choice in PJ area. Can't really justify it myself but investor who sees the potential may have diff thoughts.

Anyway RI2 owner here, love the cozy location and it's accessibility. Make the decision w/o consider about potential of Canal City. Anyway if Canal City materialized after 10 years, this place is gonna be a very good buy.

99% malays? How do u justify that? More than 70% of BSP SKYPARK buyers r not malay... and whats wrong with Malay? Since when malaysia is not crowded with malays?
Do u stay in BSP? Platinum 12 i guess u r staying in BSP since you are so familiar with it. Can you list out at least 5 reasons why u bought a property in BSP? It wont be that bad if you bought a property there right?
I have many chinese friends staying there... i dont think its 99% Malay.
Its still a new township, banks , restorans and other amenities will eventually comes in. New shop by TCS group are sold out and sure there will be banks coming in once this township get mature.
Give it some time, just like 15 years ago.. no one want to stay in Puchong, people like me moved into Puchong, my friends even told me they have never heard of Puchong before, some said its a cowboy town and some said its a jungle... and can you see what happened now?
Development needs time & planning, especially for a new township like BSP. Please be patience, your patience will be paid off.
That time my dad bought DSL in puchong was only 95k...DSL in puchong now is like 600-800k. .... so i think this will happen to BSP.
LBS already planned to built a new shopping complex in near future, if you read my previous thread carefully u will have notice it.
High house breaking case happened in every corner of Malaysia, im sure the coming goverment or police will do their best they can. thumbup.gif rclxms.gif

If you really want to invest into property ,invest long term & future, you will see capital gain for sure . Good luck investing! thumbup.gif

Felt BSP is "detached" from the townships in its vicinity. The entrance to this town is via Elite and Skve highway. Though they are other small roads but those are not so convenient, either untarred or too narrow. This factor alone will be very disadvantageous for it to prosper vs others. Moreover it is competing with other much bigger townships in its neighborhood such as Putra Heights, Rimbayu or even the newly acquired piece of land by Dijaya (previously Canal city)

Thats why narrow small roads need planning & time to be rebuild into bigger n better road. Give em time... give them 5 years thumbup.gif . It will change and get better.
I dont really like competing with each other, i would rather say we are connected with each other. Each new development give the township another new dimension.
Roads n town r built by human, time & planing is needed. We shall see. rclxms.gif

Yup im staying here. Location wise its ok but others. Ehm... sucks all time.. maybe because i used to stay in pj. Buyer doent mean they stay here. Hardly find chinese here. If 70% it would be noticable. I dont blame you because you didnt stay here. New township? Even the leasehold tenure left only 81 years. 18 years gone but still far2 away from puchong. I believe the one that may transform bsp into a better township is not lbs but our neighbour, ijm.

Highrise in bsp @ rm399k? Im starting to doubt it will be a good investment. Im afraid it will depreciate not appreciate. Its your call.
