I know you are from reapfield. But you are trying to market your skypark in bsp. N someone from cyber come here to stale your marketing. From what he wrote here im suspecting he is an agent too. But his product are units in cyber. The thing is, what he said is quite true tho. nod.gif

Yeah... i never deny the fact. Its ok... even there are ppl that doesnt like KLCC or DAMANSARA. One man's meat is another man's poison.
Not all walk in customer or investor will buy so its normal that 1/10 or less, we just have to be honest and do our job. No worries. rclxms.gif

Only 20++ only bro?. Wow. Usually bsp unit sells like hot cake. Any minimum target sales. Below which the project is not viable?

correction..
pearl villa was NOT selling like hot cakes at first..
the initial/pre-launch until official launch.. it tooks them more than 1/2 years to 10 months time to sell the first few rows.. (Oct 2011 - May/June 2012)
but after about 50% of the units sold.. then only it starts selling like hot cake (but still spend them another 10 months for sold out) tongue.gif (June 2012 - Mac 2013, still have few loan-rejected unit available)

savants, I would really like to get your help to feedback to LBS:
if they can renew the leasehold year back to 99 years.
I'm sure more ppl will interest in this project.. include myself... rclxms.gif

I never try to hide of this.. tongue.gif
as I'm quite active in many BSP related posts blush.gif
Yup, I have quite positive thoughts on BSP landed..
And now just wanna see whether the high rise can work in this area.

This project from cons side,
- leased hold 78 years
- near/beside highway
- beside the low-cost factory & eye sore

- not much commercial in BSP yet
- currently traffic go in/out tunnel should be improve

From pro side
- After discount ~370psf
- 2 car parks
- many facilities
- low entry deposit 8% rebates
- DIBS
- free 1 yr maintenance fee

BSP is truely a potential , if you compare it to putra height houses and putrajaya, BSP sits right in the middle. Prices will definately goes up in coming years ,5 years?
Anyway, i will try to get some feedback from LBS rgd this leasehold situation.
