Yea, your account seems pretty clean. Email them, and continue following up once every 2 days or so. Ask them the reason for your ban. In the mean time, try to login everyday cause sometimes when they realised the mistake on their own, they will unban automatically.

Woah this one takes time & experience. You just gotta familiarize yourself with all the guardians. Well don't really need to memorize all their stats but at least know their skills & where their stats stand among other 5*. Now that TS probably got banned & he stopped updating, but you can see he have a summary of all the cool stats at lvl 1 & all the skills that the guardian will learn. Anyway, you can see that some guardian is clearly better than another in every aspect even though their skills are similar. Like for instance compare Dominion & Bahamut, Dominion stats are slightly higher than Bahamut & yet their skills are similar. So given a choice, between Bahamut or Dominion, which will you choose? Or try compare Serenade Banshee with Mephistopheles, both skill sets are nearly the same too. But look at their stats, Serenade Banshee's stat is overpowering Mephistopheles. So that's why Serenade Banshee is considered better than Mephistopheles.

Welcome welcome!! You need to be a lil more patience in hunting & leveling your guardians......well, mainly hunting actually. Gotta get good guardians for your deck. Of course strategies & tactics plays an important part in winning too. Try checking the 1st page, I've made some guides for newbies. Hopefully it'll help you do better in the game.

Been very busy and frnakly, there's not much to say seeing how the thread is moving on very fast and friendly. So yeah, that's about it from me for now. At the moment, my rank in Masters been good. Went to S rank for a while before moving back to A, then going up to A+. I bet by tomorrow, legions of high ranking players will start rushing into coliseum and be expecting to be pushed further back. We'll see how it goes.
