By looking at the current situation it seems like the throttled speed is less than 5kbps. 5 kbps? Good Lord, it is like bringing 5 cent out there to buy a pack of nasi lemak.

the sim i tested this morning to max out 30GB,

now not moving at all,

can't even Ping google or ping open dns smoothly,..

i dont think i getting 1KB/s either

there is many request time out in my ping google,.

i mean literally ping google = ?kb ?

what a Epic failed,..

currently my umobile RM18 plan capped speed hands down beat my maxis legacy sim,.

I get around 5-7kBps max.

I think it is throttled at 64kbps

Yeah. after the capping.. i can't use the sim in a modem anymore.. everything won't load...
Altho went put inside my phone.. i still can browse... but abit slow..
page full site can be loaded...
And emails can be pushed to the phone...
