Wooohoooo! Let me start off by saying.. I just called Maxis CS less than a minute ago regarding the 30gb cap and they said this is supposed to be imposed since November 2012. That said, if we do actually exceed it, for legacy 99 users will still maintain their uncapped speed (not sure how true this is), but the notification of the 30gb will still be there and also in most cases, all plans are unlimited now with their new policy.. Whether or not our speeds will be capped, will truly need someone to test this out. I know for sure, my parents would help me bust my 30gb in no time.. cuz today alone, they have watched 3gb away on PPS.... If I DO exceed the quota, I will update you guys whether my speed has been throttled down.

I didn't said throttled speed is not common,and 128Kbps is never ok for business video conference,
My point is I subscribed for unlimited speed and now change to limited. Imagine you going to buy lets say TAMRON lens with F/2.0 only after firmware upgrade can do silent zoom during video recording. But after upgrade firmware the motor noise still loud and captured by video.
This is not WYSIWYG.

Not every worker must stick in office,they may need to travel to meet customers,upload or retrieve quotes,media,videos,photos to company server through their 4G phone,at other than in office. I don't think wired broadband is suitable for this kind of office,and Maxis have this kind of BIZ wireless sure have their strategy aim for business use.

So when my 30GB is out and I would update your guys at here.

PS:If you hate certain type of advert keep appear at every webpage your visit,you can try to clear your 'cookies'. I was visited LAZADA web before and their advert keep appear where ever I go,after clean my 'cookies' and they don't appear anymore.

That mean everyday reset to zero back?..which is everyday qouta is 30gb/day

Not like Maxis gives you LTE speed or anything.

If 100Mbps, I can understand la. That puny 20Mbps or even lesser...
Some more it is not stable at all.

After using my own line since university time, I guess I cannot resort to sharing line with others.

Depends on speed... on average... if your connection is 1mBps (~8mbps).. that should take about 2hours

By looking at the current situation it seems like the throttled speed is less than 5kbps. 5 kbps? Good Lord, it is like bringing 5 cent out there to buy a pack of nasi lemak.

I just wonder worth or not subscribe to Maxis 4G LTE & pay for modem RM400,
and able to surf with speeds of 75Mbps in KL area?
Umobile vs Maxis vs YES, which one better. (please don't compare others than wireless)
