If can get 30mbps, I rather get throttled

yeah! man me too lol 30mbps = 3.75MB/s that is fast.

I reckon Maxis is restructuring their data packages and the info hasn't been disseminated to their call center staff yet..

There is no point for us 68/99 users to make report right, we are not legacy users and FUP is stated in ToS.

by the way , some of my friends capped at 3GB but hope it is just a mistake , 30GB is ok but 3GB ...

Well, whether you are 68/99 or legacy users, if we don't even try to voice out, then we have given up our very
basic right to get Maxis attention.

I think all is bind to FUP , remember they can chg T&C at anytime .

I think so too, but if I were to complain, I am just complaining about extremely throttled speed (i.e. can't even load google) or totally cut-off internet. If they throttle to 500kbps or 1mbps I am fine with it.

They caps the speed to 64kbps .. at THEIR BEST EFFORT...
and as u can see some SS here.. it's not even 30kbps... how to surf like that ~.~"
