QUOTE(gin&tonic @ Jan 11 2013, 06:45 AM) Guys realize my 2pin charger gets quite hot when charging. Is this normal? My other devices when charging is really cool. It's pumping out 2A, will definitely be hotter than 1A devices. Touch a notebook charger @3A++ and feel the difference. This post has been edited by joytest: Jan 11 2013, 06:59 AM |

QUOTE(tanlipseong @ Jan 11 2013, 08:35 AM) got a question, Look at it this way, let say i root and flash to custom ROM, then one fine day, my note 2 got problem and stop working, i will not be able to flash back to stock ROM. how can i send back the set to claim warranty then? 1) If your phone cannot boot but able to get into download mode you can flash back stock rom + factory reset which should solve it and u dun need to send to service center. Problem solved. 2) If you phone cannot boot and you cannot even enter download mode (example S3 SDS cases) then Samsung won't even be able to boot it themselves, hence they would not know you are rooted. So you still get your warranty replacement. Problem solved. Edit: Fixed some grammar error before joytest comment on it. This post has been edited by antt00: Jan 11 2013, 08:47 AM |

Need service centre help to revive the phone. Wont matter your phone rooted or not..brick mean brick..off to service centre. The chance you hard brick during flashing is I would say is 1 in a millionHard brick usually due to user carelessness - flashing with very low battery charge - flashing wrong phone file - disconnecting cable while phone not fully reboot n no patience to wait |

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Jan 11 2013, 08:50 AM) RightOne is definitely not poor to afford a rm2k phone If one buy it n end up poor blame yourself for lack of budget planning Worse are those who pay installment up to 2 years just to buy it. Such monthly payment better used for more useful matters than getting a phone Stretching to 2 years for a very fast depreciation stuff is senseless This post has been edited by benny888: Jan 11 2013, 09:03 AM |
