I use the chenglu method.  Revert is use triangle away, flash stock rom with odin,  factory reset.

ok, xda forum says triangle way only works "if your kernel support this, stock kernel won't support it" so i am worried, whether it works on my set or not.

how to check to be sure?

It works on stock kernel as well.

Triangle Away queries your kernel to see if it can do it without a reboot. Custom kernels can respond with the flash counter status and it will be shown in Triangle Away app.

Stock kernel cannot respond and needs a reboot before the counter is reset.

About the "hate" for Samsung....I don't get it. I don't want to talk about ithings to start a flame war, so just keep to Samsung.

So I'm curious why is there "hate" for Samsung? They are doing like Nokia did for many years...shooting out gazillions of gadgets of gazillion configurations which are hard to understand the purpose for, but nobody ever hated Nokia.

I admittedly had some "love" for Nokia but not to the point of the isheep loyalty. I don't have any "love" for Samsung, just appreciate that they have created a fantastic product that suits my requirements.

So why is there "hate" ?

That's all I'm asking. No italk to avoid flame wars.

Page 1?

I've got zero iOS experience so I cannot help you there, although there are many here who have freed themselves of crapple's shackles who can help.

I bid you welcome to the club.

I suppose you could get a 3D printer and make your own case even !!! Seriously, when 3D printers get cheap enough, imagine the possibilities.

You can design with Autocad/Sketchbook or somesuch prog, then print a few to test the fit and make adjustments. Or download someone's design and print it yourself.

Of course all this is just an idea, but I read that Japan and China have setup public 3D printing booths. So....
