QUOTE(liangshu17 @ Jan 18 2013, 12:41 PM) bro.. i'm comparing between the Dell XPS 13 and the HP Spectre ultrabook.. which is better for business use? XPS13, i5-3317U + Intel HD4000 + 128GB SSD@RM3299[1.36kg], 4GB, W8, backlitEnvy SpectreXT 13-2106TU, i7-3517U + Intel HD4000 + 128GB SSD@RM3399[1.39kg], 4GB, W8,backlit keyboard Both has good build quality. For business use, between the 2, I will go for XPS13 since Dell Malaysia give better warranty support (next business day on site). If you prefer matte screen, may want to consider these: Latitude E6230, i5-3360M + Intel HD4000@RM4550, 4GB, 320GB(7200rpm), W7P(32-bit)/W8 Pro (64-bit), 3-cell; [CPU options: i3-3360M-i7-3520M] Latitude E6330, i5-3320M + Intel HD4000@RM4380[1.65kg], W7P (32-bit), 3 years Pro support; [CPU options: i5-3320M-i7-3520M] Latitude E6430u, i5-3427U + Intel HD4000 + 128GB SSD@RM4500, 4GB, W8Pro, 3 years Pro support; [CPU options: i5-3427U - i7-3667U] ThinkPad X230, i5-3210M + Intel HD4000@RM4059, 4GB, 320GB(7200rpm), 3 years on-site warranty, external USB OD ThinkPad T430U, i5-3317U + Nvidia GT620M + 24GB mSATA + 500GB HDD@RM3799, 4GB, W7P, 3 years on-site warranty Thinkpad X1 Carbon, i5-3317U + Intel HD4000 + 128GB SSD (1600x900)@RM5399[1.36kg], 4GB, W7P, backlit keyboard, no ODD |

I need expert which is the best tablet pc I can buy
Basic Preference 1. Samsung brand if there other better option other brands acceptable. 2. Budget: RM 3000 3. Usage : Working Office, Mobility, Multi tasking, Drawing, Communication (Android most probably), Integration with windows 7 software which currently I have bundle of it (if possible). Not intended for gamings 4. Physical preference The Tablet PC I would prefer 10 inch or bigger better, High Resolution screen display if possible, Battery Can last 6 hours or more with heavy use of media or internet connection. Keyboard dock, if there is, I don't mind if a bit heavy since My self always dragging 10 kg or more stuff most of the time. Camera if possible a bit higher than 5 mega pixel. |

But you do get longer battery life due to the weaker specs. |

I Do agree the battery part, I'm quite confuse with the Mobile broadband optional.... it can really call through ATIV Smart like any other galaxy note and tabs right? or it does only receiving data. Sony Vaio 11 DUO and ATIV Smart Pro...... overkilled =_=|l| Z2760 processor has similar processing speed as Intel celeron or I3 processors? EDIT: Does ATIV Smart able to replace battery like normal laptops? or or its not removable? This post has been edited by acecombat2: Jan 19 2013, 11:32 AM |

Dear all,
appreciate your help and advice here. Am looking for a laptop, here's my requirement 1. no specific brand preference 2. not more than RM3k 3. Usage: MS office work (MS Word, Excel, etc) - 30%, internet and email (40%), gaming (mostly simple game like dota 2) - 30% 4. 14" and above 5. Extra - would like something with higher resolution than 1366 x 768 and faster hardisk (>5400 rpm) - if can get SSD within budget that would be a bonus thanks |
