How come you are looking at lots of 15" when your prefer size is 17"?

Not many choice for 17" in Malaysia (not popular, brands don't bring them in).

Both MSI is skinny for the power they carry within. Make sure you have good external cooling solution.

These two options offer the most bang for the buck

The Y480 is EOL-ed already and no longer that easy to find.... its been said that remaining ones being sold are refurbished or imported sets and are not covered by Lenovo Malaysia in terms of warranty...
Better go for the Y400 instead, its only RM100 more expensive, with similar specs (but potentially better because of the ultrabay) and a much better looking design
