haha...u should come n try the environment in the service+sentral combination....then u will say, even RM3k is wnot worth it

QUOTE(jean @ Jun 11 2007, 12:30 AM)
2500?
did i mention anything about rm2500? unsure.gif

and different ppl have different perception
y u need my advice for dat? unsure.gif

i just think dat a company should pay its employee adequately, accenture working hours is a bit 2 long for me with dat pay
*
jean, i feel u..........heard this kind of things also.......basic is high but the rate of ppl leaving is high. imagine having to do 2-3 ppl job...........also heard that their tech team has less than 20ppl(L1 & L3) but supporting all the client users (nearly 10k), infra and also L3 server to support desktop. the one who is still staying is either overpaid and underworked or are waiting for 'opportunity'

Being honest, long working hours is depends how well u manage ur tasks. Nobody here will lock u up after working hours. Ppl keep saying long working hours is they fail to manage their tasks on hand. Can't just blaming that Accenture = Long working hours company. But if u're looking for overpaid and pressure-less working environment ( for new joiner )...Please dont think about accenture, it's gonna be nightmare for u.

From the way you explained it here and you also know how to use the STAR approach, i think your chances are still high.

My experience with the ACN interview process was good. They were very efficient, so the whole application process took me about 2 weeks only.
Basically, they are quite structured in their hiring process. Just like what the company does. haha! tongue.gif
As far as I know, the 2nd interview is the most crucial part in your application. The 3rd one is just a formality interview, a closing interview whereby you'll meet their partner. It was also quite a nice chat with the partner, just a casual chat and discussion about your expectation at ACN.

Goodluck to you pacmann! biggrin.gif

STAR = Situation. Task. Action. Result.

Also known as the STAR Method. Go google it.

I got an offer for a Client Financial Management Analyst role, in the "Enterprise" division. Does anyone have any experience or have knowledge about this role? It is a finance role and it's not in the consulting arm I believe.

I applied for internship at Accenture and got through the first phone interview, and tomorrow I'll be going to Greenpacket building for second interview.

Is it normal for interns to go through two interviews? I also had to fill up another application form in the process, which was different than the internship one, I assume it's for a permanent position. They also asked me to read up on IT Solutions workforce.

Any tips? smile.gif

Hi, I sincerely hope I'd receive some tips here, I'm going to have my closing interview this coming friday, is there any1 here that can possibly provide me with some insight info on what that interview would be like, how long it'd take, questions asked, etc?

I've searched this forum and the official site, but it seems that the information provided on the closing interview is very vague..

Added on May 4, 2010, 12:26 pmI've got the job =), and thanks for all the good tips on the previous pages
