Normally if you went through the final round of interview.. big chance you will be chosen..

An insider told me interviewers rate our performance as average, that somehow sounds..less optimistic..

I applied for graduate programme (technology consulting) and they called me for a phone interview on the next day, I went to the final stage interview yesterday, did case study+group assesment+1 on 1 interview, there were other 3 candidates as well. I was told the outcome of interview session will be informed in 1-2 week time.

Wondering how big the chance of me getting in, although I made in through to the final stage. Anyone here has similar experience? Is there any possibility they reject all 4 of us?

lucky for you..not like me..i have applied last month..still no reply yet..shall i give them a call?

guys. you should prolly just wait it out. i am confident they are keeping you guys well in their view if you would be shortlisted. i seriously doubt that you would just slip out of their radar.

The new Final assessment (interview) consists of 3 activities while the old final interview is interview with senior manager right? hmm.gif

Just wait for 1 or 2 weeks, they inform you anyway. icon_idea.gif

This is the structure for ACN's Management Consulting internship interviews for 2012:

Round 1: Initial CV/Resume Screening (after ~1 week of application)
Round 2: Human Resources Phone Interview; basic CV screening & English proficiency test (after ~1 week of Round 1)
Round 3: Interview with Manager; behavioural questions; career aspirations; understanding of role & ACN (after ~1.5 weeks of Round 2)

I would assume for Graduate roles there would be a Fourth Round which would involve group case study work, 1-1 Case study work & further psychometric tests.

All the best!

Hi Guys,

I am currently being interviewed with the Accenture so far.

1 Round: Recruiter screening
2 Round: Detailed skills interview in java for about 2 hours
3 Round: Behavioral interview.

I am scheduled for 4th Round which is closing interview. My question is all these rounds has been on phone and they say that there is no on-site interview at all. Has this happen anytime before. The position is in Technology solutions.

And any tips for the closing round interview?

Thanks

Hey,

I'm also scheduled for a behavioral interview.
What do they ask you during this interview?

and btw, did you get the job?

Position is MC.

Just a note,

The interview process is slightly different for people who's studying in the UK.

There are only 2 rounds.

First round is a sudden telephone call from HR, asking what u know about the company, what u work wanna work as and salary expectations etc.

2nd round is an assessment centre. Involves Case Study, Group Exercise and short Interview.

After that, you just wait for results.
