I'm supposed to fill in the application form to Accenture now.

What is the expected salary that I am supposed to be putting?

And what's the difference between Honors/Postgrad and 1st degree?
Honors does not equal to a degree? My degree is from the UK, it comes with a honors.

Just fill in the normal market rate. Don't worry accenture is fair and won't follow exactly what you put in your application. All fresh grad gets the same pay.

ACN emailed that that they will call me to arrange an interview with me next week. Is this the screening interview?

From what I have read through the thread (the 1st time I have read an entire thread, post by post), the 1st is a technical interview, 2nd behavioural, and 3rd closing.

ACN told me that they are looking at putting me into the Finance and Performance Management side of consulting. Should I read up on Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Enterprise Performance Management?

Joining consulting line with UK honors degree is super easy.

Only switching lines is hard.

Being honest, long working hours is depends how well u manage ur tasks. Nobody here will lock u up after working hours. Ppl keep saying long working hours is they fail to manage their tasks on hand. Can't just blaming that Accenture = Long working hours company. But if u're looking for overpaid and pressure-less working environment ( for new joiner )...Please dont think about accenture, it's gonna be nightmare for u.

Added on July 6, 2012, 10:33 amalso, roughly how long does it take for them to get back to you regarding the outcome of the English test?

I sent in my application on last monday and they invited me for the english test on tuesday. however, due to some technical problems the link only came to me on thursday and i completed the test on friday. However, until today, i still havent heard from them. Anybody can advice me on how long they normally take to process the english test?

I applied for graduate programme (technology consulting) and they called me for a phone interview on the next day, I went to the final stage interview yesterday, did case study+group assesment+1 on 1 interview, there were other 3 candidates as well. I was told the outcome of interview session will be informed in 1-2 week time.

Wondering how big the chance of me getting in, although I made in through to the final stage. Anyone here has similar experience? Is there any possibility they reject all 4 of us?
