i just think dat a company should pay its employee adequately, accenture working hours is a bit 2 long for me with dat pay
jean, i feel u..........heard this kind of things also.......basic is high but the rate of ppl leaving is high. imagine having to do 2-3 ppl job...........also heard that their tech team has less than 20ppl(L1 & L3) but supporting all the client users (nearly 10k), infra and also L3 server to support desktop. the one who is still staying is either overpaid and underworked or are waiting for 'opportunity'did i mention anything about rm2500?
