Do try updating the firmware to the latest and you will need a client at the back of the router that used that port in-order to know whether it is working or not.

Hi asusmy may i know which modem are compatible to use with RT-AC66U/RT-AC68U for streamyx?
I have existing tplink 8961n modem router can it working pair with RT-AC66U/RT-AC68U or any AC router from asus for streamyx? Because need to verify before i order.

You can just change the connection type of tplink 8961n to Bridge and any of our router will be able to support it.

UniFi and Streamyx different.

Streamyx can use ALL IN ONE modem router.

UniFi is separated modem, its called BTU (Broadband Termination Unit), that modem is ONLY from TM and can't be replaced, only Router is replaceable.

But when i am going through the setup, it says that my unifi ID and password is incorrect even thought the credentials has been confirmed twice by TM support.

hi, i had a serious internet speed problem

the problem goes like this, after i upgraded my unifi from 10mbps to 30mbps, i am facing slow download speed (maximum 300kbps by browser downloader) and spiking when viewing online streaming video after switching to asus rt n12 d1 router..

before that, using only unifi 10mbps with old modem, my download speed can up to 1mbps and have no problem with online streaming video.

i had updated the asus firmware to latest 3.0.0.4.378_6975 and done factory reset but the problem still persisted. i am so frustrated now.
