Is PSN having some kind of problem right now? I can't view my trophy list and my PSN profile shows that i'm at level, and i can't even load my profile. It keeps on giving me error 80710B36.

My friend is using this Celcom Huawei Portable Wifi thingie to connect his PS3 to internet. Well its okay buat since the connection is nat type 3, he can't play multiplayer.

Is it possible for him to change the nat type to nat type 2?

Ok. I thought my PS3 was having YLOD symptom but after did some googling, they said it is overheating issue.

Game shut down automatically with red light keeps blinking. Still can managed to access XMB. Is it true that it is just overheating?

Ok this is first time happen to me after 1 year use ps3,,

I would like to tell you about my problem with my ps3,,last night i turn on the console and then i insert game disc called GTA IV,when i put it on the disc tray for the first time it cant detect,nothing happen and then it make sound like ejecting disc but the disc wont come out,,so i tried like two or three times and there u go it can read the disc,,,so should i sent it to the sony centre for repair??
I still have another 3 weeks warranty left,
And for your information my console is OFFICIAL MALAYSIA PRODUCT

for sound buy Y splitter rca-female jack to connect 5.1 pc speaker

Unfortunately you can't or its difficult without doing some proxy and network routing technical stuff. Mobile broadbands are never design for mobile gaming because while it may sound fast there's other build in firewalls & restrictions that prevent PS3 from recognizing it higher than NAT3.

It's on its way to YLOD. I had the same problem especially with graphics intensive program. If under warranty you may want to send in for repair else get a new one or do some re-balling / cooling work (just go search the garage sale games section for ps3 repairs).


Best send for warranty before too late.

Connect your pS3 to the monitor with HDMI cable. Then connect your headphones to the speaker out slot in the monitor (if the monitor has it of course).

Go to the official website. Should be a link somewhere. Download it into USB drive (or HDD as long as it is in FAT32 format). Load it into PS3 and select Update via USB.

Currently suffering from NAT 3 syndrome since July last year. Can't fix it. Tried everything DMZ and etc. Still stuck in NAT 3. Currently using Streamyx 384kbps. Felt as if my PS3 is useless cause it can't play multiplayer except BF3. Any tips? Please....

You can try Asian Games Channel at e@curve. I bought mine from there. For me this is the best charging station as I just need to drop it in to charge and no fiddling with the charging ports.

Get at least 1 MBps though for a better experieince get the home fibre 5+ MBps (Unifi, Maxis, Time, etc.). Otherwise maybe the only MP game you can play is Magic the Gathering.
