Hi guys, I cannot access PSN store, I get the "This service is under maintenance" message every time I'm trying to access the store.


Note: Problem solved by delete & reinstall the PSN store.

how many times can i redownload a game off psn store on the same account and could someone explain to me the activate and deactivate ps3 system?

You have unlimited time of re-download PSN game/DLC/theme etc. once you purchased it as long as your account activate.

yes .. 04 europe / middle east region code for the Playstation 3 console

i don't think it makes huge difference .. for Playstation 3 games , you can play any region ( all PS3 games are region free @ no region protection ) .. for blu-ray movies your console would be region B .. for DVD movies region 2

meanwhile most of blu-ray movies in malaysia would be region A ( only some of them are region free ) , for DVD movies region 3

I just bought ps3 super slim 500gb......the seller told me that if i wanna use hdmi cable better use ver1.4 original if not around 2-3 month the hdmi slot will kaput
So anyone had encounter same problem like the seller told?.....i hav 2-3 normal hdmi cable dont know which ver.....so feel kinda waste if need to buy another one

And iF i login Asia PSN? i'll have good ping and no lag?

Uh, I use a few different cables (incl China Made ones) and got no issue so far. Of course you can be safe and spend a bit more like RM 10 for supposedly better / branded cable or just suck it up and take the risk (which I think is pretty much non-existent as I usually buy the cheapest one around).

All games have their own server and issues irrespective of account. Your PSN account does not define which server you're playing on (eg Killzone 3 you can choose the servers from which region like NA, Asia, Europe, etc.). By default games will normally route you to the nearest server (if they optimize their code that is) so don't worry bout each account you log in from. Have played using US & UK accounts and no difference to me so far.

iC.. so having a US psn account doesnt mean i will connect thru a distanced server right?

it all depends on the game i buy? r1 / r2 / r3 for e.g...

Ohh.....i thought super slim ofcoz any cable oso can......the prob is super slim bcoz the seller told me that they got bad respond on hdmi cable, need to use ori one

Ah ic. I think shouldnt be too much of an issue but yeah maybe get a 1.4 one though even 1.4 versions can be gotten pretty cheap (around RM 30+) at digital malls these days

So cable 1.4 should be enough even though not ori right?

LOL, any seller will sure sell you to pay more to be safe. Anyway the cable will probably conk out before the spare part conks out (had 1 experience before coz bought a RM 20 1.4 cable from digital mall). After play for 6 months, the connection become finicky. It was one of those where the head can turn 90 degrees.
