Many have experienced this problem including me. In my case and I believe for most if not all cases, it actually is due to faulty mSD card. I have mine claimed and got a replacement. So far, working well.

You should have changed the card to check first before sending in. Anyway, good luck. If it proves to be something wrong with the phone, do advise us here so that we know. TQ.

hi my fellow friends... i got some problem with my note II.. i bought on 16/12/2012 from samsung malaysia..
i hope i can find solution here.. i tried reset to factory setting but the problem still happen

1. my note always restart and turn off itself.. yesterday i cant turn on at all.. i tried to pull battery out.. after a few minutes then i can turn it on back..

2. this morning my battery 100% after i woke up.. i go to take bath and preparing myself to go work.. i look at my phone my battery 60% left.. (i only leave for 30 minutes to take bath and put on my cloths) when i reach my works place (around 10 minutes drive), my note turn off by itself.. when i turn it on all of sudden my battery only 5% left..

anyone here can explain why? and what should i do?

If I want to flash XXDLL4 v03-rev01, I need to flash for XXDLL4 ROM first? I cannot use it with my XXDLK7 right?

Er, I think my battery issue is happening again. More than 10% gone in less than an hour.

how bout try this rom??
been using it for 3 days and manage to get around 30 to 40% from 7am (100%) until 6pm

usage:
brightness = auto
network WCDMA only
data always on
browse using dolphin browser approximately 15 min every hour or so until 6pm
from 7am till 6pm, watch movie for about 2h to 3h in total
gaming for alittle, about 1h to 2h in total
so the total screen on is about 5h to 6h

using redphill v1.0 with medium UV

*highly recommend to install bravia engine if u were to watch movie from gn2.
