hi my fellow friends... i got some problem with my note II.. i bought on 16/12/2012 from samsung malaysia..
i hope i can find solution here.. i tried reset to factory setting but the problem still happen

1. my note always restart and turn off itself.. yesterday i cant turn on at all.. i tried to pull battery out.. after a few minutes then i can turn it on back..

2. this morning my battery 100% after i woke up.. i go to take bath and preparing myself to go work.. i look at my phone my battery 60% left.. (i only leave for 30 minutes to take bath and put on my cloths) when i reach my works place (around 10 minutes drive), my note turn off by itself.. when i turn it on all of sudden my battery only 5% left..

anyone here can explain why? and what should i do?
