For non-TW roms, apart from the non-working stuff posted by antt00, the worst thing is lack of a noting app. I posted in last thread about HandyNote, makes the whole experience more wholesome like Note2.

And since I got my allshare....hehe....have to stick with TW rom.

The umlaut-ed y does not seem to be an xml plaintext. This looks like a binary file so dont mess about without using a hex editor

I have not tried theming tools, but I think you need some of those APK tools to do it. If it says .xml but has those special chars, it will be better to take a look with a hex editor first. Coz xml has a tag format like

<tagname>
value
</tagname>

How long has he had it? It's been 68 days only since official availability here in MY !!!

Coz the failures for S3 occurred after 150days. Most of the deaths occurred about 150-200 days.

Ok yahoo got my allshare cast dongle from Fallenangelz. Nice fellow.

Now attempting to connect to my TV.

It's an extremely small device...1.5 wider than the Eclipse mint tin and about the same length.

Charger uses the 2 flat pin US plug, 4.75VDC @ 0.55A so in a pinch you may still use to charge your phone since it has microusb connector.

Ok now for the problem...my phone detects and connects, and it shows connected both ends, but nothing's showing on the TV, just "waiting to connect media".

I'm on monx DLK7, so maybe some libs to support Allshare got removed. I am now performing a nandroid and probably flash wanam's stock rooted deodexed DLK7 to try again. Hope it works.

Just checked mine. All edges are snug fit. Yours looks like there are some chips on the edge....bad luck?
