Chulk, I don't think there is vacant land that meets some of the above criteria, especially "similar location " and # 3, if first flr can see KLCC, your project must be on top of a hill or unless your "see" means just the tip of KLCC.

Near Vina got no hill land that is available. Maybe your near is 3 or 4 km away. Then it is not so similar already rclxub.gif

sorry for misleading notworthy.gif , when i said similar location mean within few km away, located near damai perdana instead of cheras perdana. one good advantage is the location not surrounded by old houses like walk up apartment or mosque, but next to some new semi D or 850K link houses project. and also easier access to jalan alam damai and silk highway.

thanks bro, you should know before launching we are not allow to disclose any information. i have all the drawing and feature and pricing with me but cant post it on internet. hope you understand.

however, the webpage is almost ready in 2 weeks times, i will update you all.

Thanks for sharing.

Damai Perdana is a bit different from CP side. Each got own pros and cons.

But I think nearer to BTHO better becos of facilities and infrastructure . That's way DP properties valuation lower than those on BTHO side.

i do agree with you. just for sharing, i personally prefer quiet and exclusive area. for example, how do you feel if you buying a 500K condo, but location next to some old houses, low or medium cost apartment, mosque, primary school, car motor workshop? compare with surrounded by brand new gated guarded medium high end housing project, greenery, wider access road, higher hill with fresh air.
